Short version: the only things we collect on this site are the email address you type in and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. We use them to tell you when Lucent launches. We don’t sell either one.

We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not ask for your name, address, payment details, or any health information.
To tell you when our first product is available, and to send you the launch discount. That’s it. We will not add you to unrelated mailing lists.
If you choose to give us your phone number (it’s always optional), we’ll use it to send recurring automated marketing texts — things like launch and order updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Your number is stored and processed by Klaviyo on the same terms as your email address, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Your submission is stored by Klaviyo, the email and text platform we use to send those updates, acting as our data processor. It processes your details only for the purpose described above. The site itself is hosted by Netlify. We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address or phone number, and we do not share them for anyone else’s advertising.
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the launch list is no longer in use — whichever comes first. Unsubscribing removes you from future messages; asking us to delete removes the record entirely.
Whatever state or country you’re in, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and every text can be stopped by replying STOP. To make a request, email support@lucentnootropics.com — we’ll action it within 30 days and we won’t treat you differently for asking.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us an email address or phone number, contact us and we’ll delete it.
The site is served over HTTPS and submissions are stored in our provider’s systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t promise absolute security — but we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small, which is the most effective protection there is.
If this policy changes we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. Substantial changes affecting how we use your email address or phone number will be sent to you by email first.
